The following, below, are a selection of short stories, excerpts and experiments, in various states of completion, and across a number of genres, from western to literary, to young adult (YA) and speculative. It’s a ‘warts and all’ portfolio, written over the past fifteen-plus years (most from the early 2010s) that demonstrate, to me at least, my evolving writing style and interests.
I don’t promise they are perfect. In fact, most are early drafts and would require further work before I would be completely satisfied with them.
I will begin writing more short stories and adding to this selection, during the course of 2025.
If you like a piece, please let me know. I’d love to talk with you about what you find here.
I hope you enjoy. Don’t forget to like and share. Thank you.
